A:  Coatings that contain no water, solvents or VOCs, and is environmentally friendly.

A:  No, our products do not contain any solvents.

Q:  Are your products free of VOCs (volatile organic compounds)?

A:  Yes, our coatings and concrete repair materials do not contain any VOCs.

COVERAGE:

Q:  What is the maximum coverage for Enviro Poxy™?

A:  The maximum coverage will depend on the size of the kit, and on the condition of the floor – porous, 

pitted, and cracked floors will need more material. Coverage estimates:

•  2L kit approx. 200 sqft max coverage

•  4L kit approx. 400 sqft max coverage

•  8L kit approx. 800 sqft max coverage

•  16L kit approx. 1,600 sqft max coverage

Q:  What is the maximum coverage for New Poxy®?

A:  The maximum coverage will depend on the size of the kit, and on the condition of the floor: porous, pitted, and cracked floors will need more material. Coverage estimates:

•  2L kit approx. 150 sqft max coverage

•  4L kit approx. 300 sqft max coverage

•  8L kit approx. 600 sqft max coverage

•  16L kit approx. 1,200 sqft max coverage

APPLICATION:

Q:  How do I prepare my floor for application?

A:  Start by grinding or sanding the floor to remove paint, dirt, or foreign matter that can hinder application. Next, sweep and/or vacuum floors to remove any remaining dust or debris.

​

Q:  Should I wash the floor before application?

A:  No, never wash your floor before applying our coatings or concrete repair materials. Moisture, water, and solvents will outgas and delaminate the coating, causing it to fail prematurely.

​

Q:  Do I need to apply a primer?

A:  No, primers are not required. For best results, we recommend applying two coats of our coating.

​

Q:  Which application tools do I need?

A:  We recommend using a 5mm or 10mm lint free-roller, our epoxy microfibre roller, or squeegee. To view our complete line of application tools, click here!

A:  We proudly manufacture our own products in Markham, ON Canada.

Q:  Are your products CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) approved?

A:  Yes, our coatings and concrete repair materials are CFIA approved.

Q:  How do extreme temperatures affect your coatings?

A:  Enviro Poxy™ and New Poxy® coatings can be impacted by extreme hot and cold weather. In extreme heat, coatings will cure faster. In extreme cold, coatings will cure at a slower rate. Extreme temperatures will also affect the pot life. Enviro Poxy™ coating can be applied in temperatures as low as 10°C (50°F) and our New Poxy® coating as low as -10°C (14°F).

A:  Yes, custom colours are available. Minimum quantity is required. Please contact us for more details.

Q:  Do you offer private label?

A:  Yes, we will ship our products in boxes and/or pails without a label. We can also apply your own label(s) at an extra cost.

A:  Yes, bulk shipping is available (205L / 45gal drums).
